Zebra FS40 is a family of high-performance fixed industrial scanners, designed to meet the most demanding requirements in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, pharmaceutical and distribution. With a modular and highly flexible design, the FS40 offers fast and accurate capture of 1D, 2D and DPM codes, as well as OCR recognition through dedicated software licenses.
Superior performance and flexibility
The FS40 family is available in versions with 2.3 MP (global shutter, up to 60 fps) and 5.1 MP (rolling shutter, up to 30 fps) monochrome sensors, with Auto-Focus liquid lenses in Standard Range or Wide Angle variants. This combination allows for an extended field of view and high accuracy, eliminating the need for additional cameras.

- ImagePerfect+ – up to 16 different images for the same object, each with unique settings (focus, exposure, lighting).
