Zebra FS40 is a family of high-performance fixed industrial scanners, designed to meet the most demanding requirements in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, pharmaceutical and distribution. With a modular and highly flexible design, the FS40 offers fast and accurate capture of 1D, 2D and DPM codes, as well as OCR recognition through dedicated software licenses.

The FS40 family is available in versions with 2.3 MP (global shutter, up to 60 fps) and 5.1 MP (rolling shutter, up to 30 fps) monochrome sensors, with Auto-Focus liquid lenses in Standard Range or Wide Angle variants. This combination allows for an extended field of view and high accuracy, eliminating the need for additional cameras.

The FS40 scanners feature Ethernet (including dual-port for network isolation), RS-232, USB-C, and industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP. Power is available via PoE+, reducing wiring costs and simplifying integration into existing infrastructures.

The industrial green aluminum housing is IP65/IP67 certified, resistant to dust, oils, chemicals, and high-pressure washdowns. 360° LED indicators and adjustable beeper provide immediate visual and auditory feedback for operators.
