2. Scope and customer status

These terms apply to purchases through our online store, subject to any written quotation or accepted contract. Business-to-business sales and consumer sales may be subject to different contractual and mandatory statutory rules.

3. Products, orders and acceptance

Product availability, specification and lead times should be confirmed in the product listing or written quotation. An order receipt does not by itself imply acceptance until the seller confirms acceptance under its published checkout process.

4. Prices and payments

Available payment methods and final costs are shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation. Applicable payment deadlines and invoicing terms depend on the agreed sales contract.

Verify the checkout display of VAT, taxes, shipping costs and currency before publication.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout or confirmed in a quotation. Estimates may depend on supplier stock, customisation and destination.

Confirm delivery destinations, carriers, liability and any country-specific restrictions.

6. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal

Business customer returns and cancellations are subject to the agreed contractual terms. Eligible consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable.

Where applicable to consumer distance contracts, a minimum 14-day statutory withdrawal right may apply, subject to legal exceptions. Provide the required pre-contract information, a model withdrawal form and any legally required online withdrawal function.

7. Product conformity and commercial warranties

Product warranty and service details are provided with the product or agreed quotation. Any commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
