The Zebra FS40-SR20E4-2C00W is a fixed industrial scanner with Auto-Focus, part of the FS40 series, optimized for reading DPM (Direct Part Marking) codes and standard 1D/2D codes. It features a 2.3 MP monochrome CMOS sensor (1920 × 1200 px, global shutter) and a Auto-Focus Standard Range liquid lens, which guarantees precise and clear readings.
The integrated red LED (660 nm) illumination ensures optimal contrast for codes engraved, stamped or printed on metal, plastic and other reflective materials. In combination with the Standard 2D decoder, this model is ideal for applications where reliable reading of DPM codes is essential, even if maximum speed is not required.
Integration into industrial infrastructures is easy thanks to extensive connectivity: Ethernet with PoE, RS-232, USB-C and support for industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). With Zebra Aurora™ software, users have access to intuitive configuration and advanced features such as PRZM Intelligent Imaging, ImagePerfect+, ManyCode and Golden Image Compare.
