The Zebra FS40-SR20F5-2R00W is a fixed industrial scanner with Auto-Focus, part of the FS40 family, designed for fast and reliable reading of 1D and 2D codes in critical production applications. It features a 2.3 MP monochrome CMOS sensor (1920 × 1200 px, global shutter) and a Auto-Focus (Standard Range) liquid lens, offering high precision and consistent performance.
The integrated red LED (660 nm) illumination, combined with bandpass filter, allows for the elimination of reflections and increased contrast for codes on glossy, metallic or reflective surfaces. Together with the Fast 2D decoder (60 fps), this model guarantees fast and correct readings the first time.
The model offers extensive connectivity via dual Ethernet (one port with PoE), RS-232, USB-C and support for industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP), making it ideal for integration into complex production lines. The Zebra Aurora™ software platform facilitates configuration and monitoring, and the PRZM Intelligent Imaging, ImagePerfect+, ManyCode and Golden Image Compare functions increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
