Zebra FS40-WA20D4-4C00W is a fixed industrial scanner with Auto-Focus and Wide Angle lens, designed for reading DPM (Direct Part Marking) codes and 1D/2D codes on large surfaces. It is equipped with a 2.3 MP monochrome CMOS sensor (1920 × 1200 px, global shutter) and a Auto-Focus Wide Angle (46° × 29°) liquid lens, providing extended coverage and detailed captures.
The integrated blue LED (470 nm) illumination is ideal for applications where codes engraved, stamped or inscribed on metal, plastic or reflective surfaces require high contrast. Together with the Fast 2D decoder (60 fps), the FS40-WA20D4-4C00W guarantees fast and accurate reading, including difficult DPM codes.
Integration into industrial infrastructures is simplified thanks to support for Ethernet with PoE, RS-232, USB-C and industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). With the Zebra Aurora™ software platform, configuration and monitoring become intuitive, and advanced features like PRZM Intelligent Imaging, ImagePerfect+, ManyCode and Golden Image Compare optimize productivity.
