If you purchased as a consumer and are eligible to withdraw from a distance contract, you can send your withdrawal notice online. You do not need to explain your decision. We will acknowledge receipt by email. Legal exclusions and your statutory rights continue to apply.

You do not need to justify your decision. The data is used to identify your contract, record the statement and send an acknowledgement.
