Zebra FS40-SR20D5-2R00W is a fixed industrial scanner with Auto-Focus, part of the FS40 series, developed for reading DPM (Direct Part Marking) codes and standard 1D/2D codes. It features a 2.3 MP monochrome CMOS sensor (1920 × 1200 px, global shutter) and a Auto-Focus Standard Range liquid lens, ensuring clear images and accurate readings even in critical applications.
The integrated red LED (660 nm) illumination, combined with a bandpass filter, optimizes contrast and eliminates reflections, making it possible to read codes engraved or inscribed on metal, plastic or reflective surfaces. Together with the Fast 2D decoder (60 fps), the FS40-SR20D5-2R00W delivers first-time read in demanding industrial environments.
The model offers extensive connectivity via dual Ethernet (one port with PoE), RS-232, USB-C, and support for industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). Through the Zebra Aurora™ platform, users can easily configure and manage the device, with advanced features such as PRZM Intelligent Imaging, ImagePerfect+, ManyCode, and Golden Image Compare.
