SQUIX Label Applicators

SQUIX label applicators are versatile and efficient devices, designed to apply labels with precision and speed. They are equipped with advanced technology, allowing for customization of settings and adaptation to various label sizes and shapes. SQUIX is ideal for the food, pharmaceutical and logistics industries, offering a practical solution for product labeling. SQUIX label applicators. Here is a brief overview of each of them:

1. S1000: This label applicator can be attached to a printer and can be used semi-automatically or integrated in a vertical orientation. It is suitable for manual or semi-automatic application of labels to products.

2. S3200: The S3200 applicator is designed for automatic application of labels to products. The labels are placed at an angle between 45° and 95° to the horizontal using a rotating cylinder. This allows precise application of labels to products using a short slide cylinder.

3. S5104, S5104 M and S5106 modules: These modules allow for the labeling of products on a moving conveyor. A sensor detects the target position of the label, and the next label is printed while one is peeled off. Labeling can be done in all directions with the “All-around” labeler. It is ideal for labeling cylindrical products.

4. AXON 2 applicator: This applicator specializes in quickly and reliably applying labels to tubes or bottles that are positioned horizontally.

5. WICON Wrap-around applicator: WICON is designed for labeling cylindrical products with diameters between 2 mm and 16 mm, such as wires, cables, tubes and round bars. It is capable of applying labels around these products for precise identification.

Each of these label applicator models has specific features and functionalities for the different labeling needs of users.
