WICON CAB Wrap Applicator – Precise Labeling of Cylindrical Objects

The WICON CAB Wrap Applicator is designed for efficient and precise labeling of cylindrical objects, such as cables, hoses, pipes or round rods, with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 16 mm. With this applicator, labels are applied around the object, ensuring a clear and professional presentation.

The WICON Wrap CAB applicator allows the insertion of objects in horizontal orientation, centered by the panels. A label is printed and then taken up by the applicator. The diameter of an object is identified by the wrapping head, and the size of the label determines how many times it will be wrapped around the object.

A finger guard covers the feed opening, preventing objects from being inserted or removed during the wrapping process. During operations, the materials must be guided centrally on the printer, also having a thin print roller.

It is important to use only the wrap labels offered by cab for reliable applications. It is also recommended to specifically test materials with small diameters of 2 mm to 3 mm at the factory.

The WICON CAB Wrap applicator allows pivoting for easy replacement of label rolls or ribbons. A service door allows access to the wrapping head in case of errors, such as label jams.
