If you work with high volume labels and want perfectly aligned rolls, this combination is the right “recipe”: Labelmate CAT-3-ACH (adjustable core holder) + APG-CAT (adjustable tape edge guide). Basically, you get two things in one: core flexibility and more uniform rewinding . The product code for this configuration is LMR005/LMX444 .
Why is the APG-CAT option worth it?
- Straighter rolls – the guide (APG) guides the outer edge of the material for uniform rewinding.
- Fewer manual adjustments – no more “stroking” the roller to keep it in line.
- Better application/repacking results – aligned rollers are easier and safer to handle.
