Carl Valentin Vita II Thermal Label Printers – professional series for industrial applications

The Carl Valentin Vita II series is designed for production, logistics and retail, where you need fast, clear and reliable label printing, in multiple shifts. The models cover resolutions from 203 to 600 dpi, speeds up to 200 mm/s and print widths up to 108.4 mm, so you can print from product labels and barcodes to traceability labels and labels with very fine texts.

All printers in the Vita II range use robust mechanisms, metal housing and industrial electronics with a 32-bit or ARM Cortex A8 processor (depending on model), to ensure a high volume of work and very good response times. Operation is simple, with a dedicated function keyboard and graphic display, and consumables are loaded quickly thanks to well-positioned guides and sensors.

The Vita II (thermal transfer) models use ribbon and offer high printing durability on paper, cardboard, textiles or synthetic materials, and the Vita II T (direct thermal) models are ideal for thermal labels – ribbon-free, with low operating costs and simplified maintenance.

The Vita II series is designed for intensive use:

• Robust chassis, roller pull mechanism and bottom transmissive and reflective label sensor, with ultrasonic photocell option for difficult materials (transparent, high-gloss labels).

• Keyboard with dedicated functions: test print, function menu, quantity setting, CF/SD card access, label advance, enter and cursors.

• Intelligent monitoring:

  • stop at the end of label or ribbon

  • extensive status report (print length counter, operating time, sensor settings, network parameters, etc.)

• Fonts and barcodes:

  • 6 bitmap fonts, 8 vector/TrueType fonts, 6 proportional fonts
