The Tally Dascom DL-200 is a compact direct thermal and thermal transfer printer, designed for retail, logistics, office and manufacturing applications where quality labels, barcodes and traceability solutions are required. With an ergonomic design and vertical opening for fast loading, this model offers intuitive use and easy integration into any infrastructure.
The printer achieves a speed of 127 mm/s (5 ips) and a resolution of 203 dpi, ensuring clear labels for 1D and 2D barcodes, text and graphics. It is designed for a workload of up to 300 m/day, making it a reliable choice for constant printing applications.
At the hardware level, the DL-200 features 8 MB Flash and 8 MB SDRAM, supporting the download of custom fonts. The printer comes standard with USB 2.0, and can optionally be configured with Serial (RS232), Parallel IEEE 1284 or Ethernet 10/100. Models with cutter or peeler are also available for automated labeling workflows.
Supported consumables include 74 m ribbons and labels with widths between 25 – 120 mm, thicknesses between 0.05 – 0.32 mm and roll diameters up to 127 mm. Integrated sensors detect gap, black mark and ribbon, guaranteeing precise label positioning.
The printer supports ZPL II and EPL emulations, making it compatible with established software applications and POS/WMS systems. In addition, it is certified to work with Windows 8/8.1/10/11 and Server 2012-2022.
