The XTP 604 series from Novexx Solutions is designed for industrial printing of individual tags, cards, tickets, price labels and blister cards. The platform is suitable for applications where precise feeding, controlled material handling and consistent print quality matter, whether the workflow involves production, packaging or labeling in industrial environments.
A key advantage of the XTP 604 series is the smooth, flat transport of tags from infeed to outfeed. This helps maintain media stability throughout the print path and eliminates the need for specific cutting of roll media. In addition, the flexible tag holder can be quickly adjusted for different sizes, making the series suitable for use in a variety of practical scenarios without extensive reconfiguration times.
The series is available in Basic and Peripheral versions, and within each version you can choose the type of feed: Basic Infeed or Extended Infeed. If it is necessary to connect an Automatic outfeed stacker, the Peripheral version is mandatory. This configuration structure allows you to choose a suitable variant depending on the desired capacity, the feed mode and the desired integration into the existing flow.
From an operational point of view, the XTP 604 offers an industrial 4-key display, color backlighting and intuitive navigation. The platform supports thermal transfer or direct thermal printing at 300 dpi resolution, up to 106 mm wide. The ribbon capacity of up to 1100 m, quick consumable changes and tool-free maintenance contribute to production continuity and efficient daily use. The series also includes useful benefits for day-to-day operation, such as remote access and configuration from mobile devices.
