With a best-in-class 10-foot drop specification, the Granit™ XP is designed to continue to function after the impact of drops from loading docks, forklifts, and lift trucks.
A 1-meter (3.3-foot) drop test indicates long-term durability with everyday bumps and drops from the workstation or at waist height. A best-in-class 7,000-cycle specification ensures Granit™ scanners will be ready for the long haul.

Field feedback has shown that the scan window is a high-frequency failure point for industrial scanners. Granit scanners are designed with a small, deeply recessed, scratch and impact resistant window to prevent these failures. This is a critical sealing component, ensuring that dust and moisture do not enter the housing and degrade scanning performance or cause premature failure; the Granit™ solution ensures that its IP67 sealing remains intact, even under harsh treatment.
