The Entrust Sigma DSE Printer, Simplex, 100-Card Input Hopper is a Direct-to-Card ID card printer designed for fast and secure issuance of identification cards. The simplex configuration allows for single-sided printing, making it suitable for employee badges, access cards, visitor cards and other personalization applications used in businesses, institutions, receptions and checkpoints.
The Sigma DSE model uses dye sublimation printing technology and offers a resolution of 300 dpi. The data sheet indicates a speed of up to 185 cards/hour with single-sided color ribbon and up to 750 cards/hour for single-sided monochrome printing. The equipment is equipped with an input hopper for 100 cards and an output tray for 25 cards, which makes it recommended for constant and organized workflows.
