Carl Valentin Flexicode Printing Module
The Carl Valentin Flexicode printing module is a direct printing on packaging film system, designed for integration into horizontal and vertical packaging machines (flow-pack, HFFS, VFFS). It works both in continuous mode and in intermittent mode, being ideal for marking packaging with production date, expiration date, batch, internal codes, 1D/2D barcodes, logos and short texts.
Flexicode 53 uses thermal transfer technology, offering a resolution of 300 dpi, printing speed 50-400 mm/s and a printing width of up to 53 mm, with print length of up to 40 mm in intermittent mode and up to 3000 mm in continuous mode. continuous.
The module is available in right version and left version, which allows the installation to be adapted to the geometry of the packaging line. Thanks to the separate electronics unit and the standard industrial interfaces (RS-232, USB, Ethernet, parallel, USB Host), integration into existing systems is simple and flexible.
