CAB SQUIX 4 M Automatic Label Printer

CAB SQUIX 4 M very small label printer. All materials that are wound on rolls or reels can be printed, as can those that are folded. Very small labels or thin continuous materials such as pressed tubes are typical applications. A specified sensor allows labelling of round or oval hoses up to 5mm.

The SQUIX M has a maximum print width of 4″ which allows users the option to print labels, markers from 4mm to 110mm.

During the development phase, CAB were keen to introduce fully interchangeable printheads so that the new SQUIX M could be easily changed between 300 or 600 dpi depending on requirements. There is also a thick film head variant with the M model which can be supplied in 200 or 300 dpi. Again, these printheads are interchangeable. An automatic cutter can be supplied to allow cutting after each label or tape.

Variants with 4 MP label peeler

In addition to the basic model, labels can be peeled off. The label is removed from the liner during the printing process. It can be removed manually or with an applicator.

With RFID read/write	The smart labels are printed, the integrated RFID chip is tested and qualified with data. In case of an error, the label is marked with a grid print. The write/read commands are implemented in the native JScript printer language.	Link
With MT separator	Preferred application with continuous and textile materials as well as with pressed tubes. The transfer ribbon can be glued to the textile web after printing. With a drive roller, the material is separated from the ribbon. In addition, the print accuracy is improved.	Link
