The TM2000 is a key component of the Zebra SmartPack family, designed to maximize trailer utilization and minimize costs related to mileage, fuel, maintenance and delivery times, while reducing environmental impact. Its rugged design ensures reliable year-round operation on the docks, and its integrated cameras provide real-time visibility of the load. The TM2000 automatically collects and transmits data to Zebra SmartPack Server software, where metrics are calculated for each load. On-board processing and storage minimize network impact, while flexible connectivity options simplify deployment. Key Features:

• Integrated 3D Analysis Software: Automatically collects and sends all data to Zebra SmartPack Server software, which analyzes the data and displays it on an easy-to-read dashboard.
• RGB Camera: Takes time-stamped photos of the trailer interior as the load progresses, allowing you to view the load at any time via the server-based SmartPack dashboard.
• 3D Depth Sensing Camera: Captures point cloud information to create a 3D spatial image of the trailer interior during loading, providing the data needed to calculate loading metrics such as trailer fill level and load density.
• On-Board Image Storage: All photos and data are stored on the TM2000 to help conserve network bandwidth. You can define when the information or a portion of the information is sent to the server. For example, during peak load periods, photos can be sent every two minutes to support real-time load analysis, and when load activity is minimal, you can choose to send photos at less frequent intervals.
• Flexible Connectivity: TM2000 can communicate with server software via WiFi or Ethernet, simplifying deployment and increasing its flexibility.
• Designed for Life on the Dock: The TM2000 is built for demanding work environments. The die-cast aluminum housing is impact-resistant, ready for the inevitable knocks and bumps that can occur during the charging process. With a wide operating temperature range, the TM2000 can be used in sub-zero temperatures and the hottest climates. With IP54 sealing, the TM2000 is dust and water resistant, providing reliable operation despite exposure to dust, rain and snow.
• LED Indicators Visible from Anywhere: Multi-color LEDs provide all the colors needed to designate the charge status and operation of the TM2000 – for example, whether a charge is half full or whether WiFi or Ethernet connections are active. Because the LEDs are visible from the front, back, and bottom of the unit, status is easy to view from both the dock and inside the trailer.
