Zebra 170Xi4 – High-Performance Industrial Printer
The Zebra170Xi4 was one of the most robust and reliable industrial label printers, designed for critical high-volume applications such as pallet labeling, logistics, AIAG, ODETTE or UCC/EAN‑128 compliance. This printer could reach impressive speeds of up to 305mm/s (12″/s), printing on a width of 168mm (6.6″), with resolutions of 203 or 300dpi. Built with a full metal frame, it offers durability in harsh production or warehouse environments.
Compatible with both thermal transfer and direct thermal, the Zebra 170Xi4 featured multiple interfaces (USB, serial, parallel, Ethernet), generous internal memory and intelligent diagnostic functions. Although the product was discontinued in April 2018 and official support was withdrawn globally in May 2023 (or March 2025 for the APAC region), it remains a benchmark for reliability in industrial printing.
