NOVEXX XLP516 6-INCH MID RANGE – XLP516

The NOVEXX XLP516 is a mid-range industrial label printer designed for a variety of identification and traceability applications. The model is suitable for companies that need a reliable solution for medium label volumes, with a large print width and easy integration into existing processes in production, logistics or packaging.

Thanks to its flexibility, the XLP516 can be used in a wide range of applications and supports printing on different label materials, such as paper, foil or cardboard. The 6-inch format recommends it for labels applied to products, boxes and pallets, and the 160 mm print width provides enough space for clear and well-organized information. The XLP 51x series is presented as a suitable solution for industrial environments where robustness, easy maintenance and continuity of operation are important.

Daily operation is supported by a large, high-contrast color display and an intuitive, icon-guided menu. Label and ribbon loading is quick, and the flip-up print module and easy access to the print head simplify maintenance and cleaning. The ribbon capacity of up to 500 m helps reduce downtime for consumable changes, supporting better uptime in the current business.

The XLP516 prints via thermal transfer or direct thermal and, in the supplied configuration, is available at 300 dpi. The platform also offers web interface access for remote configuration and control from PC or mobile devices. In addition, the series can be expanded with options such as dispenser with internal rewinder, cutter, Light Touch Applicator, textile cutter stacker or external rewinder, depending on the application requirements. For this model, the power cable is ordered separately.
