The TSC DA220 is a high-performance direct thermal desktop printer designed for businesses that need fast, reliable and flexible labeling. Part of TSC’s DA series, it offers an excellent combination of quality, speed and extensive connectivity, making it ideal for retail, logistics, POS, warehouse and office applications.
With a resolution of 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and a maximum speed of 152 mm/s, the printer can produce clear and precise labels for barcodes, text, graphics or logos. It accepts label rolls with a maximum diameter of 127 mm and supports a maximum print width of 108 mm, with a media width of up to 114 mm.
A great advantage of the TSC DA220 is its varied connectivity: in addition to the standard USB 2.0 interface, it features RS232 and Ethernet for integration into networks and industrial systems. Optionally, it can be equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, which allows it to be integrated into modern mobile labeling solutions.
It has 64 MB RAM and 128 MB Flash, well above the standard of the entry-level models (DA210), allowing for extensive storage of fonts, graphics and templates. Additionally, the printer supports multiple emulations – TSPL-EZ™, EPL, ZPL, ZPLII and DPL – making it compatible with most existing labeling software and WMS/POS applications.
The compact, robust and user-friendly design, with a clamshell opening, allows for quick loading of consumables and use in confined spaces.
