The Zebra ET401 8″ ET4010A-001C1B0P-TR tablet is a Standard configuration, with Wi-Fi 7 tri-band, SE4100 1D/2D imager, 6GB RAM / 64GB Flash memory and IP68 rugged housing, specifically designed for the Turkish market (“Turkey Only”). Hardware-wise, it is equivalent to the global ET401 8″ Wi-Fi 7 models with SE4100, the difference being mainly in SKU code and sales area.

The ET401 Enterprise Tablets series is Zebra’s next generation of rugged tablets, featuring:

• Qualcomm® Dragonwing™ Q-6690, up to 2.0 GHz, with over 42% performance increase over ET40/ET45 and support until 2034;

• Slim yet rugged body with Gorilla Glass 5 and IP68 rating;

• Long-term production and service availability, for a lifecycle of up to 8 years (depending on LifeGuard program and service contracts).

This SKU is ideal for retail, warehouse, logistics, light manufacturing and field service, then when you need integrated 1D/2D scanning, but everything runs on the internal Wi-Fi network.

8″ WUXGA 600 nits display – compact, yet highly legible

The 8″ variant of the ET401 range uses a display:

• WUXGA 1920×1200,

• brightness 600 nits,

• optical panel bonded to the touchscreen, for reduced reflections and better contrast.

Protection is provided by Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5, with:

• increased scratch and impact resistance;

• water droplet rejection function, so the screen remains usable even when wet;

• anti-fingerprint coating, which reduces marks and the need for cleaning.

The touchscreen is multi-mode capacitive and supports:

• finger (with or without gloves),

• conductive stylus,

without having to manually change the working mode. AI-enabled touch technology maintains precision and responsiveness even in the rain.

Dimensions and weight (8″):

• 212.7 × 134.4 × 11.4 mm,

• approximately 480 g – very comfortable for all-day use.

Enterprise performance: Dragonwing Q-6690, 6GB RAM, 64GB Flash

The hardware platform is common to the entire ET401 range:

• processor Qualcomm Dragonwing™ Q-6690, up to 2.0 GHz, optimized for enterprise applications and on-device AI;

• Modern architecture, with integrated radio for Wi-Fi 7 and optional 5G on other SKUs.

ET4010A-001C1B0P-TR model specific configuration:

• 6GB LPDDR5 RAM – sufficient for WMS, ERP, inventory applications, CRM, service, reports and video;

• 64GB UFS 2.2 Flash – fast internal storage for applications and data;

• microSD slot up to 2TB, for local databases, logs or media files.

This combination offers an excellent performance/price ratio for large projects, where the budget per terminal matters, but you don’t want to compromise on reliability.

Wi-Fi 7 tri-band and Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity (no 5G)

This SKU is Wi-Fi only (no 5G/4G), ideal for operations in internal networks: warehouses, stores, logistics centers, factories, office environments.

The Wi-Fi 7 tri-band radio offers:

• support for IEEE 802.11 be/ax/ac/n/a/g/b,

• bands 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz,

• 2×2 MU-MIMO,

• channels from 20 to 320 MHz,

• speeds up to 5764 Mbps in band 6 GHz.

The tablet is Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 7/6/6E, with WPA3, Enhanced Open, Voice-Enterprise and advanced QoS, which translates into fast and stable roaming in large halls or stores.

For peripherals, the ET401 features Bluetooth 6.0 Class 1 (Classic + BLE), with:

• BLE Audio,

• beaconing,

• Bluetooth Channel Sounding for more precise location,

perfect for mobile printers, headsets, keyboards, mouse, additional scanners and BLE beacons.

SE4100 1D/2D Scanner – for everyday standard range scanning

ET4010A-001C1B0P-TR is equipped with the SE4100 1D/2D scanning engine. According to the ET401 datasheet:

• The SE4100 is ideal for standard range scanning (common distances: shelf labels, boxes, receipts, documents);

• it ensures good performance on printed or on-screen codes.

It is perfect for:

• receipt/shipment of goods,

• periodic inventory,

• scanning at POS or in back-office,

• AWB and label checks in warehouses.

In addition to the imager, the tablet has:

• 16MP rear camera with PDAF – for photo documentation (goods, shelves, damages, documents);

• 8MP front-facing camera – for video-calling with supervisors, IT support or customers.

Autonomy for a whole shift îndash; 6100 mAh, replaceable battery

For the 8″ format, the ET401 uses a 6100 mAh, 3.91 V (23.46 Wh) Li-Ion Polymer battery, user-replaceable, sized for a full day of work with active Wi-Fi, scanning and enterprise applications.

At the ET401 family level, the following are also available:

• secondary battery hot-swappable 3400 mAh (via expansion back) – for 24/7 scenarios;

• battery-free operation – operation powered directly via USB-C or pogo connectors (bottom/back), very useful for kiosks, vehicles and fixed POS stations.

ÎCharging is done via USB-C (USB-PD, USB 3.1) or via desktop/vehicle cradles.

IP68 ruggedization – ready for harsh environments

The Zebra ET401 8″ is designed for use in industrial environments:

• IP68 – completely dustproof and protected against temporary immersion in water;

• multiple drops from 1.2 m onto concrete (up to 1.5 m with rugged frame), according to MIL-STD-810H;

• operating temperature -20°C…+50°C and storage -40°C…+70°C;

• vibration and ESD resistance up to ±15 kV air / ±8 kV contact.

Integrated sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, ambient light sensor) add additional functionality for automatic orientation, brightness adjustment and contextual applications.

Android GMS, enterprise security and Zebra DNA™

ET401 runs Android with GMS support, and the LifeGuard™ for Android™ program ensures long-term security and OS updates, controlled by IT (when and how to apply – Wi-Fi, cradles etc.).

Security is strengthened by:

• Secure Element / Android Strongbox architecture and advanced encryption;

• support for WPA3 Enterprise/Personal, Enhanced Open, EAP and certificates îon enterprise Wi-Fi networks;

• integration with the Zebra DNA™ ecosystem (Workstation Connect, Zebra Pay, Zebra Guardian, Workcloud, etc.), which simplifies fleet enrollment, configuration, management and monitoring ET401.
