Refunds and Returns Policy

At AutoID Warehouse, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products according to the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

According to EU and Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014), individual customers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify AutoID in writing (by email or contact form) before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents must be included
  • Products must show no signs of use, damage, or modification
  • The serial number must be intact and match the delivered product

AutoID reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Software licenses or products with activated licenses
  • Consumables that have been opened or used
  • Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer

Return Procedure

  1. Send a return request by email to contact@autoidwarehouse.com, including:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (optional)
  2. You will receive confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by AutoID

⚠️ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an AutoID error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from receipt and inspection of the returned products
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed
  • Shipping costs are refunded only for standard delivery, not for express or special services

Returns for Companies (B2B)

For legal entities (companies), returns are accepted only by prior agreement and may be subject to restocking fees, depending on the product type and condition.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective product or an incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • AutoID will cover return shipping costs
  • The product will be replaced or refunded, according to your preference and availability
