Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-S12-R
Omron FHV7H-M004-S12-R is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for precision visual inspection and traceability applications on difficult surfaces.
The camera uses a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 12 mm (S12, autofocus) lens, providing a narrow field of view and clear images for inspecting small components and fine markings.
The integrated red LED (Red) illumination provides improved contrast on glossy and colored surfaces, reducing reflections and facilitating reading DPM codes and checking markings on metal and plastic. This makes the camera ideal for industrial applications where standard white light does not provide the necessary visibility.
Thanks to EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, FHV7H-M004-S12-R integrates quickly into automated production lines, ensuring processing speeds of up to 60 fps.
