Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-S06-IR
Omron FHV7H-M004-S06-IR is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for fast visual inspections and traceability in applications where standard light is not sufficient.
The camera integrates a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 6 mm (S06, autofocus) lens, providing a wide field of view and clarity for overall inspections.
The integrated LED infrared (IR) illumination allows detection of engraved codes (DPM) and defects on reflective, metallic or plastics, reducing reflections and increasing contrast. This makes the camera an excellent choice for applications where visible lighting does not provide reliable results.
Thanks to the EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, the FHV7H-M004-S06-IR can be quickly integrated into automated production lines, maintaining a processing speed of up to 60 fps.
