Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-H19-MC
Omron FHV7H-M004-H19-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for high-speed visual inspections and traceability, with added flexibility thanks to multi-color illumination.
The camera is equipped with a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a high-resolution 19 mm (H19, autofocus) lens, offering a narrow field of view and excellent clarity for inspections of small parts and fine markings.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination offers versatility maximum, allowing the choice of the optimal light color to highlight defects invisible in white light. This makes it possible to detect scratches, engravings and DPM codes on metal, plastic or reflective materials.
The model quickly integrates into automated production lines via EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, with a processing speed of up to 60 fps.
