Omron FHV7 Smart Camera – Model FHV7H-M004-H06-MC
Omron FHV7H-M004-H06-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for fast visual inspections and traceability, with added versatility thanks to multi-color illumination.
The model is equipped with a 0.4 MP (640 × 480 px, global shutter) sensor and a high-resolution 6 mm (H06, autofocus) lens, which provides a wide field of view and sufficient clarity for standard high-speed inspections.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination allows fast adaptation to different materials and surfaces, highlighting defects or markings that are difficult to see in white light. This makes the camera ideal for DPM code reading, label verification and quality control on fast lines.
With EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, the FHV7H-M004-H06-MC integrates easily into automated production lines, ensuring fast processing of up to 60 fps.
