Omron FHV7H-C063R-H19-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, developed for high-precision visual inspections and advanced traceability.
With a 6.3 MP (3072 × 2048 px, global shutter) sensor and a high-resolution 19 mm (H19, autofocus) lens, the camera offers a narrow field of view and extremely clear details, making it ideal for fine engraving analysis, code verification and microscopic defect detection.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination brings Added versatility, allowing the light color to change depending on the material and surface. This allows defects invisible in white light to be highlighted, such as scratches on metal, poor contrast on plastic or DPM markings on reflective surfaces.
With EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, the FHV7H-C063R-H19-MC can be quickly integrated into automated production lines, supporting high-speed quality control of up to 60 fps.
