Omron FHV7H-C063R-H06-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, designed for advanced visual inspections and high-precision traceability.
Equipped with a 6.3 MP (3072 × 2048 px, global shutter) sensor and a high-resolution 6 mm (H06, autofocus) lens, the camera offers a wide field of view and extremely detailed images, ideal for inspections on complex surfaces or products of variable sizes.
The integrated Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination allows rapid color change light to adapt to various materials and textures – from plastic and metal to transparent or reflective packaging. This versatility makes it possible to detect defects invisible in standard light, such as fine scratches, engravings or DPM marks.
With support for EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET, the camera quickly integrates into automated production lines, offering stability and fast processing at up to 60 fps.
