The Omron FHV7H-C032-S12-MC is an industrial smart camera from the FHV7 range, optimized for complex visual inspections and high-precision traceability.
Equipped with a 3.2 MP (2048 × 1536 px, global shutter) sensor and a standard 12 mm (S12, autofocus) lens, this version offers an excellent balance between field of view and sharpness, making it ideal for fine details on medium surfaces.
Thanks to Multicolor (RGB + White) illumination, the camera can be configured for various inspection conditions, eliminating the need for multiple external light sources. This allows the detection of defects invisible in white light, such as scratches on reflective materials, DPM codes on metal or poor contrasts on colored plastic.
With EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interfaces, the model can be quickly integrated into automated production lines.
