iiyama ProLite XUB2797HSN-B2 is a 27″ IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) monitor designed specifically for modern offices, laptop users and work-from-home scenarios where you want fewer cables on your desk and more productivity. Its secret is the integrated USB-C dock, which allows you to connect your laptop with a single cable and simultaneously get: image, laptop charging up to 65W, network access via LAN RJ45 and peripherals via the monitor’s USB hub.
You connect the USB-C cable, and the monitor sends the image from the laptop, charges it and, if the monitor is connected to the network via cable, the laptop automatically receives internet via LAN – all through the same cable. In addition, through DisplayPort-out with MST (daisy-chain) you can easily add a second monitor, without having to “hunt” for other video outputs on your laptop. Perfect for those who work with many windows, documents, dashboards or creative applications.
The IPS panel with matte finish offers natural colors and wide viewing angles of 178°/178°, ideal for office work, document editing, web, graphics applications and collaboration. The 100Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT response time, together with AdaptiveSync, provide a smooth image, without tearing and with reduced motion blur – a welcome addition in dynamic applications or occasional gaming.
The monitor is equipped with visual comfort features such as Flicker Free and Blue Light Reducer, which reduce eye fatigue during long work sessions. You can adjust the image using i-Style color presets, easily set brightness and contrast, or adapt colors to your preferences directly from the OSD.
In terms of classic connectivity, the XUB2797HSN-B2 offers HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2, so you can also use the monitor with desktop PCs or other video sources. The integrated USB hub includes 3 USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports and 1 additional USB-C port, perfect for your mouse, keyboard, sticks, webcam or other peripherals, all elegantly connected to the monitor.
The stand is fully ergonomic: you have 150mm adjustable height, 90° pivot (portrait mode rotation), 120° swivel (60° left / 60° right) and tilt (23° up / 5° down). You can practically adjust the monitor exactly how you are most comfortable and you can easily work in portrait format for long documents or code. The cable management system in the stand helps you keep your desk tidy.
The integrated 2 x 2W speakers are enough for video calls, online trainings or basic multimedia content, without necessarily needing external speakers. VESA 100 x 100 mm compatibility allows you to mount the monitor on an arm or wall mount, if you want even more space on your desk.
