M3 Mobile SM20 – Android 11 “all-touch” Terminal, compact, fast and durable

M3 SM20 is designed for retail, warehouse and field services: it runs Android 11 (GMS/AER) with support up to Android 13 (and roadmap for 14-15, depending on feasibility), on a Snapdragon™ 662 octa-core 2.0 GHz with Adreno 610 GPU, offering smooth performance and long-term security. The 5.0” HD (1280×720) IPS screen with Gorilla® Glass works with fingers, gloves or wet hands.

Dedicated scanner, fast reading. Standard with SE4710 2D imager and options SE4720 or SE4750 MR for extended range – ideal from close labels to high shelves. Rear camera 16 MP (PDAF) + front camera 5 MP for PoD and documentation.

Hot-Swap autonomy. Intelligent battery Li-Ion 3.8 V / 4100 mAh offers 8-10 hours typical and hot swappable with WLAN/WWAN/BT sessions maintained; there is also an extended 6150 mAh battery. M3 SPEEDPACK / StartUp simplifies fleet staging through barcodes.
