When you have rollers on different cores and you want to do inspection (or matrix removal guidance in certain applications), this configuration is “all-in-one”: TWIN-CAT-2 (dual spindle station) + ACH-TWIN (adjustable core) + INSP-1 (roller bracket). Basically, you have control on both axes and maximum flexibility at the core, without changing grip sets every 5 minutes.
- 2 powerful motors – bi-directional: rewind & unwind.
- Independent control on each axis : direction + speed/torque.
- ACH-TWIN : adjustable core holder 25–101 mm (for both axes).
- INSP-1 : 2-roller bracket, side mounted – useful for inspection and for specific scenarios (e.g. matrix removal on OKI-type printers).
- Capacity : 2 rolls simultaneously, each up to Ø 220 mm and 5 kg.
Important
- ACH-TWIN cannot be combined with another type of core holder in the same configuration (2 × ACH-TWIN are used).
