When you need to rewind and visually inspect the tape at the same time, this configuration is the “sweet spot”: Labelmate TWIN-CAT-2 (dual spindle station with 2 motors) + Standard Core Holders + INSP-1 inspection option. In short: you prepare your rolls exactly how you want them, with correct tension, controlled direction and an extra guide/inspection on the side.
- Dual spindle (2 axes) + 2 motors – each axis is controlled independently.
- Bi-directional Rewind & Unwind – ideal for core changing, inside/outside wound reversal, roll reconditioning.
- Control Panel : direction + speed/torque for each axis, separately.
- INSP-1 option – 2-roller bracket mounted on the side (useful also for matrix removal in specific scenarios).

- LMR016 – TWIN-CAT-2 station (base unit).
- LMX461 – Standard Core Holders (standard spindle with valves and flanges), for material widths up to 155 mm .
