Do you work with 40 mm core rolls and want a station that will make your flow “clean” from A to Z? Labelmate TWIN-CAT-2-ST-40MM is the variant of the TWIN-CAT-2 series that comes equipped from the start with 2 standard core holders for 40 mm . Basically, you have two axes (dual spindle), two motors and separate control on each axis – that is, you can rewind and/or unwind controlled, without improvisation.
- Dual spindle (2 axes) + 2 motors – for rewind/unwind, depending on setup.
- Independent control on each axis: direction and speed/torque .
- Core change and roll “reconditioning” – ideal for preparing rolls before application, packaging or storage.
- More uniform rolls – controlled tension = fewer “waves” and crooked edges.
Why the ST-40MM variant?
Because you get dedicated 40 mm core holders as standard , which means stable grip and better roll guidance. The result: straighter and easier to handle rolls, especially in long runs.
