With the HS label dispenser from CAB, you will benefit from easy operation and precise label distribution at an affordable price. It allows precise distribution of labels of any size, whether cut or perforated, without leaving gaps between them.
You can use labels with various shapes, whether with corners or rounds, including transparent material. The horizontal distribution direction, ideal for label rolls with the print image at the bottom, allows you to stick the labels easily on the product.
The main features of this device include:
- Operation Panel: This allows you to select different operating modes. You can adjust the label feed rate to “slow” or “fast”. The labels are fed automatically after removal, by pressing a control key or following an external signal. A counter indicates the number of labels dispensed.
- Label Sensor: For round labels, the sensor is set on the tip of the label A. You can adjust the pre-dispensing height B between 4 and 18 mm.
- Label Brake: This tightens the base material to ensure that the labels are dispensed safely. It can be easily moved when changing material.
- Liner Rewinder: Simply insert and secure the backing strip immediately behind the tear-off edge. This is completely wound with the help of a powerful motor.
- Roll Support: The label rolls are guided by the stable roll support.
