The Honeywell PD45S/PD45 printer is designed with a unique design, using a minimum number of internal mechanical components and an all-metal structure, giving it durability and strength. The PD45S/PD45 runs on an Arm Cortex-A7 processor with a frequency of 800 MHz, 128M of memory and 128M DDR3 SDRAM. It features a sophisticated industrial print head that supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes. The patented dual sensor positioning technology provides dynamic functionality that guarantees a minimum label height of 5mm and a vertical accuracy of 0.5mm (PD45S) and 0.75mm (PD45). Two sets of adjustable pressure bars and dual media guides ensure precise paper feeding and prevent ribbon wrinkles and print impurities.

To enhance user experience, the PD45S comes with a 3.5-inch color LCD touch screen and a 2.36-inch LCD keyboard, while the PD45 is equipped with a 2.36-inch LCD keyboard and an LED power button. Thanks to the ergonomic design, the print head can be easily changed and replaced. The front sensor that ensures precise printing can also be easily removed for cleaning and rubber roller replacement.

The PD45S/PD45 supports multiple printer command languages ​​such as FP/DP/IPL/ZPL/DPL, simple one-click printer driver installation, and easy configuration on Windows systems.

The PD45S comes with a rich selection of accessories and supports wireless network interface cards, parallel interface, label machine interface, industrial GPIO and serial interface. It also features desoldering, rewinding and cutting assemblies to meet a wide range of application scenarios.
