Datalogic STS320-116 is the most advanced 6-head multi-head system in the STS320 range, designed for full traceability of large commercial and industrial tires. The Hi-Res Long Range (LR) configuration uses a 2 MP global shutter CMOS sensor and high-power LED illumination to read small or dense 1D and 2D codes from long distances, along the entire circumference of the tire. The 6 heads provide full 360° coverage, eliminating dead zones and maximizing success rates at transport speeds up to 1.5 m/s. With IP65/IP67 protection and robust construction, the STS320-116 is the premium solution for critical manufacturing and logistics applications.
