designed for the “CV” bracket system” used with the printers

Carl Valentin DPM III, Dynacode II and Flexicode. With a cable of approximately 4.5 meters,

the encoder allows precise synchronization of printing with the actual movement of the film or the

conveyor on the packaging line.

Mounted on the support arm, the encoder tracks the movement of the belt and transmits a

signal proportional to the line speed to the printer. This way, the length and position of the printed mark – date,

year, batch code, barcodes or traceability texts – remain constant, even when

the packaging speed varies. Thanks to the 4.5 m cable, the encoder can be installed at a greater distance

from the printer, offering increased flexibility in integration.
