The 2.5 m Carl Valentin 9067705 console encoder is an industrial speed and position sensor, designed for the CV” arm system used &imcirc;with the Carl Valentin DPM III, Dynacode II and Flexicode printers. With a cable of approximately 2.5 meters, the encoder allows precise synchronization of printing with the actual movement of the film or conveyor on the packaging line.

Mounted on the support arm, the encoder tracks the movement of the belt and transmits a signal proportional to the line speed to the printer. Thus, the length and position of the printed mark – date, time, batch code, barcodes or traceability texts – remain constant, even when the packaging speed varies.
