DOBOT CR5 is a collaborative robot (cobot) built to be affordable and easy to use. With a reach of 1096 mm and a payload capacity of 5 kg, it is suitable for a wide range of light collaboration applications. Whether used for industrial or educational purposes, DOBOT CR5 offers superior performance and flexibility.

With a repeatability of ±0.02 mm and 5 adjustable levels of collision detection, the DOBOT CR5 cobot allows you to program and use its functionalities via a smart and intuitive interaction panel. You can use the cobot for inspection, assembly, screwdriving, lifting, basket loading and unloading tasks, thus meeting the needs of industries such as consumer electronics, semiconductors, food and beverage, metalworking and healthcare.

With a weight of 25 kg, the DOBOT CR5 cobot can handle a maximum payload of 5 kg, with a working radius of 900 mm and a maximum working height of 1096 mm. With a rated voltage of DC48V and a maximum tool control point (TCP) speed of 3 m/s, it ensures fast and precise movement during operations.

The joint motion range provides extensive flexibility, with a motion range of J1 of ±360°, J2 of ±360°, J3 of ±160°, J4 of ±360°, J5 of ±360° and J6 of ±360°. The maximum joint speed is 180°/s for joints J1, J2 and 180°/s for joints J3, J4, J5 and J6.

The end-effector I/O interface offers versatile connectivity options, including DI/DO/AI 2, AO 0. The DOBOT CR5 cobot features an RS485 communication interface and an I/O controller with DI 16, DO/DI 16, AI/AO 2. It is also equipped with an ABZ incremental encoder and supports TCP/IP, Modbus and Wi-Fi communication.

With an IP54 rating, the DOBOT CR5 cobot is dust and splash resistant, allowing you to use it in a variety of working environments. The operating temperature range is between 0° and 45° C, and the power consumption is approximately 150W.
