The CR3 collaborative cobot is the perfect solution for flexible production automation in tight spaces. With a compact and lightweight design, it can be quickly deployed in a variety of scenarios, making it ideal for light-duty tasks such as handling coffee and other beverages, as well as for retail applications.

Weighing only 16.5 kg, the CR3 cobot can handle a maximum payload of 3 kg, with a working radius of 620 mm and a maximum working height of 795 mm. With a nominal voltage of DC48V and a maximum tool control point (TCP) speed of 2 m/s, this cobot provides fast and precise movement during operations.

The joint range of motion allows for increased flexibility, with a range of motion of J1 ±360°, J2 ±360°, J3 ±155°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±360° and J6 ±360°. The maximum joint speed is 180°/s for joints J1, J2 and 180°/s for joints J3, J4, J5 and J6.

The end effect I/O interface offers versatile connectivity options, including DI/DO/AI 2, AO 0. The CR3 cobot features an RS485 communication interface and an I/O controller with DI 16, DO/DI 16, AI/AO 2. It is also equipped with an ABZ incremental encoder and supports communication via TCP/IP, Modbus and Wi-Fi.

With an IP54 rating, the CR3 cobot is dust and splash resistant, making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments. The operating temperature range is between 0° and 45° C, and the power consumption is approximately 120W.
