The Carl Valentin Dynacode II 53/12 right direct printing module is the professional solution for marking packaging films on horizontal and vertical packaging lines (HFFS/VFFS). Designed for direct integration into packaging machines, the system prints at 300 dpi resolution, at very high speeds, making it ideal for large batches and 24/7 production.
The 53/12 right version has a printing width of 53.3 mm, perfect for printing expiration dates, batch numbers, traceability codes, logos and 1D/2D barcodes directly on the packaging film. The module is delivered complete, with a separate printing mechanism and control unit, easy to integrate into almost any packaging line.
With its two working modes – intermittent and continuous – the Dynacode II 53/12 adapts perfectly to both applications with film stop in the printing position and those with a constantly moving ribbon. In addition, the thermal transfer ribbon of up to 900 m reduces stops for replacement and optimizes the cost per print.
