The Zebra KC401-SCNR-SR1 is an SR500 kiosk scanner for the Zebra KC4x series, including the Zebra KC401. The accessory is configured with a +25° scanning angle to adapt the reading area to the kiosk position and how users approach barcodes.

The scanner is ordered separately from the kiosk and can be installed to complement self-service applications with fast reading of 1D and 2D codes.

Code reading adapted to the self-service flow

The +25° scanning angle variant is suitable for projects where the user approaches the card, ticket, label or phone screen from a higher position than the scanning area. Choosing the right angle helps to achieve a natural and fast interaction.

The scanner can be used for price and stock verification, loyalty program identification, ticket validation, barcode access, and returns processing.
