If you change reels often and, at the same time, want to be able to visually inspect the tape while rewinding/unwinding, the TWIN-CAT-2-C-76170/INSP-1 configuration is exactly the “fast + control” combination. You have a dual spindle station (two axes, two motors) equipped with 2 C-76170 Quick-Chucks for 76 mm cores , plus the INSP-1 (roller bracket) option for guidance/inspection.
- 2 motors / 2 axes – each axis is controlled independently (rewind & unwind).
- Quick-Chuck C-76170 – quick clamping on 76 mm core , ideal for frequent roll changes.
- INSP-1 – side support with rollers for a “cleaner” passage of the material, useful for inspection.
- Independent control on each axis: direction + speed/torque (correct tension, uniform rollers).
- Perfect for : core replacement, inside/outside wound reversal, roll reconditioning, packaging/application preparation.
