If you have rolls with different cores (today 1”, tomorrow 76 mm, the day after tomorrow something else) and you don’t want to change adapters every 5 minutes, Labelmate TWIN-CAT-2-ACH is the “elastic” version of the series. The LMR016/LMX463 configuration comes with 2 ACH-TWIN holders – i.e. a core adjustable over a wide range, so you can rewind/unwind in a controlled manner, without improvisation.
- Dual spindle (2 axes) + 2 motors – each axis can work independently.
- Bi-directional Rewind & Unwind – ideal for core changing, inside/outside wound reversal, roll reconditioning.
- Independent control on each axis: direction + speed/torque (correct tension on the material).
- ACH-TWIN – adjustable core holders 25–101 mm (same station, multiple core sizes).
Why the ACH-TWIN (LMX463) variant?
Because you get two adjustable core holders (ACH-TWIN) right from the start. This means you can quickly switch between core sizes without having to order additional clamping sets. In production/logistics, this translates directly into time savings.
