Do you want to rewind (or unwind ) labels and, at the same time, be able to do inspection + counting ? The Labelmate TWIN-CAT-2-ST/INSP-1/PC-1 configuration is definitely the “complete station” for roll conditioning: two axes, two motors, separate control on each axis, plus the inspection option and a preset counter that helps you automatically stop at the desired quantity.
- Dual spindle (2 axes) + 2 motors – both axes can work bi-directionally (rewind/unwind).
- Independent control on each axis: direction and speed/torque (correct tension for the material).
- INSP-1 – side support with rollers for presenting the tape for inspection.
- PC-1 counter preset – counts labels and can stop the station when you reach the set number.
What does the configuration include (LMR016/LMX461/LMX471)
- LMR016 – TWIN-CAT-2 station (base unit).
- LMX461 – Standard Core Holders (standard spindle with valves and flanges), for material widths up to 155 mm .
- LMX471 – PC-1 Preset Counter (preset counter for counting and automatic stop at setpoint).
