Labelmate LMR006/LMX508 CAT-3-CHUCK Outer Flange Label Rewinder

When you work with heavy rolls and want a “clean” rewind down to the last millimeter, an outer flange can make the difference. The Labelmate CAT-3-CHUCK is the heavy-duty version of the CAT-3 series, with a Quick-Chuck system (fast core loading/unloading), and the LMR006/LMX508 configuration adds the Outer Flange option for added stability and roll guidance during rewinding.

Why is the “Outer Flange” option useful?

• Better stability of the material on the shaft, especially with heavier rolls or at high speeds.
• Better edge control – helps the roll stay more uniform over time.
• Fewer manual adjustments while working (especially when you have long evenings).
