Print Engine NOVEXX XDM & XPM 94x for Print & Apply systems
The NOVEXX XDM & XPM 94x OEM modules are designed for integration into Print & Apply systems and for industrial applications where label printing and application must be fast, accurate and stable. Thanks to their standardized design, these modules can be easily integrated and adapted to the specific requirements of the production line, making them suitable for manufacturers and integrators looking for a flexible and reliable solution.
The XDM & XPM 94x series offers high printing performance, fast real-time variable data processing and very good print quality for text, barcodes and logos. The modules are available in 4-inch, 5-inch and 6-inch versions, with print widths of 106 mm, 128 mm and 160 mm, for product labels, cartons, pallets or other materials such as banders. The print speed can reach up to 400 mm/s and the 300 dpi resolution ensures clear results for most materials used in labeling.
From an operational point of view, the series is designed for high uptime and practical use in industrial environments. The modules offer 100% tool-free maintenance, quick replacement of wear parts, easy material changeover and a large, multi-color, fully rotatable display, readable and operable from any position, including in upside-down mounted configurations. The web interface allows remote access, configuration, diagnostics and maintenance from PC, mobile devices or industrial panel PC.
XDM is the Print & Dispense module, which prints and dispenses labels in a single process, making it suitable for real-time print & apply applications. XPM is the batch printing module, where labels remain on the liner after printing, making it suitable for loop systems and applications such as banderole printing. The series also includes the Ribbon Save function, which reduces ribbon consumption, costs, downtime and waste, while contributing to a longer print head life.
