Product Warranty

At AutoID Warehouse, all products sold through www.autoidwarehouse.com benefit from warranty coverage in accordance with applicable legislation and manufacturer policies.

Warranty Coverage

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable
  • Warranty periods vary depending on the product type and manufacturer
  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear

Warranty details are provided in the product documentation or warranty certificate supplied with the product.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery and is specified:

  • On the product page

Extended warranties may apply to certain products, depending on the manufacturer.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects resulting from:

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Improper use, handling, or installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, liquids, or power surges
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Use of non-approved accessories or consumables
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable products (printheads, rollers, batteries, labels, ribbons), unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer
